This package includes all the services listed below customized to your personal project needs.

Determine with you your objectives for your new residential or hospitality space. Review spatial and functional requirements, aesthetic preferences, and desired outcomes.
Includes exploration of space plan options, concept or mood boards and possible finish or fixture proposals. Initially this may include exploration of multiple options and progress through to one final design concept.
Propose and specify interior finishes and permanent fixtures, (ie, lighting, plumbing, millwork). Construction schedule documents are provided for all final selections and will include all relevant information for construction planning, preparation and purchasing.
Research and propose options for furniture, décor & soft goods, (ie, sofas, drapery, rugs, etc). A schedule for these items will also be provided that will include all details relevant for planning and purchasing.
Provide formal documentation for any interior design elements proposed. Drawing packages might include floor plans, finish plans, electrical and lighting plans, millwork drawings for custom cabinetry, interior elevations describing installation details for tile, plumbing, custom furniture, etc. These documents can be used for obtaining quotes or permits as well as being provided for construction.
